"Wonderful"
Very clean! and pleasant smell. A very good first impression! I loved the esthetics of the hotel lobby as soon as I came in. It had a very sleek retro-look! Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable!

The breakfast was fantastic. A nice variety of food and allowed us to eat and get on with our day. Kelly who was working the breakfast area was fantastic. She was very attentive to keeping everything filled and was a super nice person. She was always smiling and wanted you to have a fantastic experience. Kelly is someone I would hire in a second and I have hired a lot of people in the business world. I hope she is valued at Sleep Inn. I even heard a guest say to her "why are you so nice"?

It was a good location for my needs. I stayed for several nights with my two teenagers as we worked on moving out of a home around the corner from Mills Civic. They did accommodate us at approx 1:am-- our requirements for a room with two beds, as one of the teens is a son, the other a daughter who slept with me, but my reservation made earlier in the evening through Booking.com, was "lost" and the price wasn't honored. I'm not entirely sure that was truthful, Since Booking shows my stay. Breakfast was decent the couple times we ate it. The room was alright. It was fairly clean.

The staff were amazing. Clean. Near the interstate. Breakfast was the normal, hot and cold selections. I would stay there again. I would recommend. I travelled with a dog. The room they assigned me was near the side door, so I could walk my dog more easily. Reasonable dog fee

The staff was very friendly & personable. They did an amazing job of keeping all common areas (including keeping the floors dry from the pool area to the elevators) and rooms clean and sanitzed. They also are a pet friendly hotel :-)

It seemed brand new. Everything was tastefully decorated and clean. Rooms were large. Staff was kind. Pool was small enough that I felt safe letting my younger son swim alone without an adult. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection of items.
